Shipping policy
We want your Meeboo order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are crafted to order, please allow time for both preparation and shipping. All estimated delivery times below are in addition to preparation time.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon — if you’re outside North America and interested in ordering, contact us at hello@meeboo.co and we’ll do our best to help.
Preparation Time
Most Meeboo products are crafted or assembled after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
- Standard items (prints, accessories, home decor): 2–5 business days
- Knit apparel: 7–12 business days | Holiday season: 9–18 business days
- Custom & artisan items (personalized portraits, specialty prints): 7–14 business days | Holiday season: 9–18 business days
Estimated Delivery — United States
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery from order placement:
- Standard items: 7–10 business days
- Knit apparel: 14–18 business days | Holiday season: 16–18 business days
- Custom & artisan items: 14–18 business days | Holiday season: 16–18 business days
Estimated Delivery — Canada
Once your order ships, estimated transit times to Canada are:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
Total estimated delivery from order placement:
- Standard items: 10–14 business days
- Knit apparel: 16–22 business days | Holiday season: 18–22 business days
- Custom & artisan items: 16–22 business days | Holiday season: 18–22 business days
Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties or import fees assessed at the border. Meeboo does not collect or remit Canadian duties.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season (November–December), preparation times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates during the holiday season.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@meeboo.co with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
