We want every Meeboo order to be something to wag about. If something isn't right, we're here to help — please read our policy carefully before reaching out.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as preparations begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Pet Apparel — Knit Sweaters & Wearables
All apparel sales are final sale. Because our knitwear is worn directly against your pet's body, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for apparel items once an order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@meeboo.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Items that are personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order (including custom pet portraits, personalized apparel, and matching sets) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We make each of these items just for you, which helps us reduce waste and keep our products special.
All Other Products
For non-apparel items (home decor, accessories, gifts, and prints), we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Contact hello@meeboo.co first. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no charge — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. All other sales are final per the policies above.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@meeboo.co with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost in Transit
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@meeboo.co and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@meeboo.co.
